At fixed prices you'll get any service concerning construction like painter, bricklayer, construction master, carpenter, plumber, tiler, electrician, metalworker, roofer, plasterer, concrete worker. We are running our own carpenter's workshop with our Swiss carpenter.

We develop with our 2 German construction partner’s individual projects. The realization is on schedule and takes place by GERMAN QUALITY STANDARDS in Sosua, Cabarete
and the Region Puerto Plata on the North Coast of Hispaniola.
Once the contact is made, your home will be completed quickly. For a 200 m² / 2153 sq. feet villa on 2 floors and 60 m² / 646 sq. feet pool we need under normal conditions 5 month.
Our 2 German professional builders have more than 35 YEARS EXPERIENCE in building houses, more than 10 years in the Dominican Republic.
